just figured out how to bind spells with the help of the other staff

use ::f2 ::f3 ::f4 ::f5 for magic spells

Use ::f6 ::f7 ::f8 ::f9 for prayers.

Example:

::f2 28 will bind high alch to f2

its a pain but temp fix till next client release

rsckbd.wikia.com/wiki/Magic

rsckbd.wikia.com/wiki/Prayer

for the spell ids

Thanks go to Brandsborg for telling me, posting it here for everyone who is having trouble atm.
