Black should be higher than steel. It was introduced as a gap between steal and mithril.. I remember when it was first introduced as I made millions scamming noobs saying it was better than rune and because it was new, most fell for it

lets just put it this way.they gave me the dam info to put it into this format if it says 15 what ever to use it it is either a typo or just bad information on stats.

plus its just steel what noob would wear it in game any ways

The point I am getting across, is that the information needs to be correct for the new players... or someone is going to be pissed when they get the wrong skill level requirement for their wanted setup
